Find Out About NCIC Inmate Telephone Services

NCIC inmate phone service is a provider of wholesale operator services and inmate telephone services. Their software, Inmate Call Engine (ICE), was specially designed for use in correctional institutions and provides an economically viable solution for the industry. By allowing prison staff to remotely manage and control the telephone services of various facilities from one location, administration costs are significantly reduced.

The web-based system provides telephone services through Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) which allows authorities convenient, free remote access to call recordings. Some of the advanced features of the ICE platform include coinless pay phones and guaranteed protection against fraud. The system can be used for any size facility and provides options for revenue sharing.

NCIC inmate phone services can be adopted by new operators or integrated with existing systems. The standard telephone service provider must organize the phones, contacts and on-location service within the correctional facility. Everything else is provided by NCIC inmate phone service through the ICE platform: long distance service, validation, tariffs, billing and collection services, customer service, etc.

Quote of the moment: “Don't let the opinions of the average man sway you. Dream, and he thinks you're crazy. Succeed, and he thinks you're lucky. Acquire wealth, and he thinks you're greedy. Pay no attention. He simply doesn't understand.” - Robert G. Allen Read
